Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and provide a positive shopping experience
Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
Assist in selecting products and complimentary pieces to enhance the customer’s purchase
Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Comply with inventory control procedures
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Qualifications and Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in using technology such as point-of-sale systems
Possess strong organizations skills with attention to detail
Maintain our store’s visual appearance to high standards
Retail experience preferred but not required
Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy items.
